Wantable is an online personal stylist subscription service. They offer several different options, including “try before you buy” in either “Style” or “Fitness” and three monthly surprise boxes in “Makeup,” “Accessories”, and “Intimates.” The cost is $40 per month, with free shipping and a $4 credit every month you keep everything (which makes the next month $36).

You can see all my Wantable reviews here.

There’s a fairly detailed style profile that includes your sizes in various items and the option to mark specific types either “Love,” “Like,” or “Dislike.” The categories are lounge wear, bras, panties, lingerie, shape wear, tights/leggings, hosiery, and socks. You’ll receive more of the things you love and none of the things you dislike (so you can get lots of lounge wear and socks but only some bras and no shape wear, for example). There’s also a small field where you can write in additional notes. :)

I said I was up for everything but Lingerie, Socks, and Shapewear, and that I love Lounge wear. So here’s what I got:

wantable-intimates-september-reviewRuffle Trim Short by Dreamwave Pajama Drama, $14 I like these. They’re soft and cute, and fit well. I don’t wear shorts to bed really but they’ll be good for wearing around under sleep shirts and robes when I’m bumming around late at night and early in the morning.

wantable-intimates-review-septRene Rofe Tuck Me In Shorts in “Dot”, $26 I like these too. And have pretty much the same commentary as the other shorts — soft and comfy, they fit well and will be great for wearing around the house as jammies. Not super excited by them, but they are cute and useful.

wantable-intimates-review-septemberTart Noir Wide Band Drawstring Pant, $40 These are a great basic. They’re that stretchy, flattering rayon blend that I love so much because it always flatters me and is and super comfy. They’re just a little bit short (maybe an inch), but that’s no big deal for house-based lounge pants like these.

Total value: $80

Summary: The value is good for the price of the box, and is actually one of the higher values I’ve received so far. I think they did a good job again following my profile, but I think I’ll make a note next time that I’m all set on shorts! (Three pairs in two boxes is fine). But I love the pants and will totally get good use out of the shorts, so it’s all good!
