So that’s the problem, dull and forgetful. Yikes. And sugar could be the major offender? Certainly makes sense in my case. I put sugar in everything it seems. It is organic but still too much is too much. I do know to stay away from high fructose corn syrup though. If it’s in a product I don’t buy it! But now I better work on slowly reducing sugar in everyday things like my tea. UGH. But I’ll take it slow, very slow so I hardly notice the difference and over time get it down by maybe half?
