I am a worry wart. I run scenarios in my head on what outcomes could happen, both good and bad, and most of the time the negative ones carry more weight and stick with me. And then of course the consequences of those thoughts is unfounded fear. And it grows. Just like these sheep, marching along in the night forest chanting  “Lions and tigers and b….Oh wait, it’s just a kitten!” They were creeping themselves out for nothing! Worrying is a waste of energy and it drains your good mood.

If you’re a worrier check out these tips to keep worry under control, and something that really works for me is a simple time worn phrase my Grandmother would always say: “Count Your Blessings.” Also I leave you with a wonderful quote from Benjamin Franklin:

“Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.”

P.S. The sheep did rescue that little lost kitten, in case you might have been worried about it. :)
