This cute little package of gourmet macarons is a fun way you can support Japan‘s earthquake relief efforts. Created by Francois Payard for the May 18th Chefs Cook for Japan Fundraiser hosted by Chef Masaharu Morimoto the set includes four flavors that each represent a unique blend of classic French cooking and Japanese tastes. The flavors are Matcha Green Tea, Raspberry Wasabi, Japanese Red Beans, and Black & White Sesame. Not the usual cookie flavors for sure but I’d certainly be willing to try them, if only out of pure curiosity!
