This weekend I’m headed to the fourth annual Pebble Beach Food and Wine as a guest of Lexus. I’ve been reading and researching and the event sounds absolutely overwhelming and amazing, and I can’t wait! I’ll be staying at The Inn at Spanish Bay and will have access to all kinds of awesome culinary events and wine tastings, including one that sounds particularly up my alley: “MELT: Grilled Cheese & Great Wine with Laura Werlin.” Grilled cheese and wine? Best seminar ever.
I’ll be taking pictures and making notes every chance I get so be looking for some coverage sometime next week, after I get back. Hopefully I can stay organized and make sense of it all, ha! I’ll also be twittering whenever I can throughout the weekend on @rigelceleste and @holesinursocks.
I can’t wait! I better get to packing.
