The effect is impressive but the idea is simple: collect post-use single-use chopsticks from restaurants and recycle them into beautiful handbags (and home decor items like lampshades). The creators pressure clean and sanitize the chopsticks with high temps before staining them, and in the case of handbags lining them with hemp in either tan or dark green. This is the large size at 10″ wide but there’s also a smaller 6″ version. I love it! Supposed to be extra bendy and comfortable too.  Chopstick bag, $28.
