Autumn is my favorite season. A lot of people feel the same, especially if you have a garden. Everything is ripe and full, ready to bring in before those early frosts. It is a time to get cozy, feeling secure and ready for the snows to begin, because the larder is full. A deep ancient flow of the seasons that’s ingrained in all of us. It’s not too soon to plan a wonderful vacation for fall, knowing how rich and satisfying it will be and this Tuscan Harvest Walking Tour sounds perfect! A walking tour (if you’re not up to walking a bus is available) through Tuscany’s fertile countryside. Organic restaurants, cooking lessons, vineyards, olive orchards, and so much more, lead by Ethne Clark, Organic Gardening’s editor-in-chief. It has it all. Be sure and check out the tempting walking itinerary and the photo gallery. Beautiful!
