They are always telling us to simplify our lives, take time for ourselves, clear out the busy clutter. We hear it, relate to it, get all inspired… and then forget to do it, because we are just too busy! Here is a list of 15 things to do to take care of your spirit. Try to make some of these things a habit. Take the weekend to make a plan, sticky notes, whatever you have to do to remember to put yourself and your health in a position of respect. It’s not being selfish. If you’re feeling good and anchored, seeing the “big picture” and how you are a precious part of it, that actually benefits everyone else around you.
