“For goodness sake, sit up straight!” is something we all heard growing up (and then passed this all important advice on to our children) and what am I doing right now? Sitting at the computer with the worst posture ever. It’s easy to let good posture slip and not even give it a passing thought, but good posture is critical for good health. Even more so because many of us sit while we work. An article described bad posture while sitting and I realized I was the perfect example for what not to do. Well no more. I am creating problems inside and out (not to mention it really ages you) with this bad habit and I am committed to making an effort ’til good posture is something I do naturally. So for your goodness’ sake, sit up straight!
